Game masters for hire · Switzerland
Professional game masters craft one-shot adventures and full campaigns — for private tables, and for companies who want team building people actually talk about afterwards.
Never played? Perfect.
Forget boards, scores and winners. A game master sets the scene and plays the world; you simply decide what your character does. When the outcome is in doubt, a roll of the dice settles it. That's the whole game — and it's electric.
No rules to memorise, nothing to prepare. We hand you a character built for you and guide you through — five minutes in, you've forgotten you were nervous.
One-shot = a complete adventure in one evening · Campaign = a saga across several episodes · Game master = your storyteller & guide
The mysteryEvery case begins with a riddle.
Act I — The hook
Most team building asks people to perform fun on command. A story asks something better: make decisions together, under pressure, with no org chart in the room.
Around our tables, titles dissolve. The intern out-plans the CFO. The quiet one carries the party through the final door. Four hours of shared fiction is the fastest honest look at how a team actually works — and the most fun anyone has had at an offsite.
The usual suspects
Act II — Choose your path
One evening. One story, complete.
A self-contained adventure with a beginning, a heist, and an ending — built so nobody needs to have played before. The perfect first taste, birthday, or team evening.
A season of your own saga.
Four to ten episodes with persistent characters and real consequences — your decisions in March pay off in June. The group develops running jokes, rivalries, a shared vocabulary. The texture of a real team.
Team building that compounds.
A recurring program for organisations: quarterly quests, rotating party compositions that cross-pollinate departments, and facilitated debriefs that turn play into insight. Designed with HR, run by masters.
Act III — Tales told
“Six months of meetings taught me less about my team than four hours of pretending to rob a dragon.”
“The quietest engineer on my team talked for three hours straight. I still think about it.”
The alchemyWe measure adventure like a rare poison.
Act IV — How a quest unfolds
A fifteen-minute call. We ask about the occasion, the group, and the tone you want — heroic, hilarious, unsettling — plus anything the table should avoid. Companies tell us what the team is working through; we listen between the lines.
We pair your group with the master and the world that fit: a gothic mystery for the sceptics, a heist for the process-lovers, high fantasy for the romantics. You approve the pitch before a word is written.
Your master builds the scenario around your people — pre-made characters tuned to each player, no homework, no rulebooks. First-timers are our specialty; nobody reads a manual.
Three to four hours of story. We host in our den or bring the table to you — dice, maps, handouts and soundscape included. For larger teams, several tables run the same world in parallel and collide at the finale.
For companies: a facilitated thirty-minute retro the following week, plus a short memo on what the table revealed — who led, who enabled, where communication cracked under pressure. Confidential, constructive, optional.
